It’s been a strange few days for prominent political leaders around the world:

• Two died in a helicopter crash.

• One was disqualified from national elections due to a criminal record.

• One is wrapping up his first criminal trial and preparing for more to come.

• Two were named for arrest by the International Criminal Court.
